NYPD breaks up car meet-up in the Bronx
Video shows officers surrounding a car at Hollers and Pinkney avenues in the Eastchester section early Sunday morning. Seven people were taken into custody, with some of them issued summons. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
