NYC schools chancellor "disappointed, frustrated & angry" with remote learning issues
This was the first time city schools made the switch to remote learning for a snow day. As CBS New York's Jessica Moore reports, some parents complained about serious connectivity issues, delays and problems logging into virtual classrooms.
