Nicolas Maduro, wife face torture charge in new U.S. indictment
A new indictment was unsealed Thursday against Venezuela's former leader Nicolas Maduro, as well as his wife, Cilia Flores. New charges include allegations of torture and human rights abuses, and prosecutors say both Maduro and Flores played a role. CBS News New York's Alice Gainer reports.
