Newark, New Jersey, will let teens vote in school board elections

Teenagers as young as 16 years old will be able to vote in some New Jersey school board elections starting this spring after the Newark City Council voted Wednesday to lower the voting age to 16 and 17 for school board races. LaMonica McIver, the Newark City Council president, joined CBS News to discuss.
