New York City announces plan to overhaul preschool special education
A new plan was announced Tuesday to overhaul special education in preschool. It includes longer school days, higher pay for teachers and a whole lot more seats. CBS2 political reporter Marcia Kramer reports officials say they are trying to right the wrongs of the previous administration.
