New Jersey animal shelter recovering after devastating flooding

It's been days since devastating floodwaters tore through the Hope 4 Paws Humane Society in Plainfield, New Jersey. Staff and volunteers had to swim through waist-high water to rescue dozens of dogs and other animals. Now, with all the animals safe, the shelter is turning its focus to recovery.
