N.Y. Attorney General Letitia James sues former President Trump

James accused Trump and children Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump along with two other former Trump Organization executives of falsifying business records, issuing false financial statements, insurance fraud and engaging in a conspiracy.
