N.J. leaders call on federal government for help stopping car thefts
In New Jersey, some leaders are calling on the federal government to help stop the growing number of car thefts. Police are now allowed to chase stolen vehicles in the state, but as CBS2's Lisa Rozner reports, some say that's not enough.
