Mayor Mamdani says he wants to put the "park" back on Park Avenue
He unveiled a plan Wednesday to widen the median on Park Avenue between 46th and 57th streets. As CBS News New York's Marcia Kramer reports, the only problem is it will cost two lanes of traffic.
