Local food banks step up as SNAP benefits remain in limbo

Millions of Americans are going without government-sponsored food assistance programming as the shutdown carries on. Many in the Tri-State Area are questioning where they're going to get their next meal. As CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports, local food pantries are stepping up to fill the void while state agencies are working to get SNAP benefits out to those who need them.
