Hochul on law that didn't stop alleged Buffalo shooter from buying gun
Gov. Kathy Hochul is taking steps to close loopholes in state gun laws that were brought to light following the racist massacre in Buffalo. One law failed to stop the suspect from buying the gun that police say he used in the attack. CBS2 political reporter Marcia Kramer has more on the governor's plan.
