Hoboken wants non-essential helicopters banned from flying over city, mayor says

Hoboken's mayor says his city plans on filing a lawsuit against the FAA for failing to halt non-essential helicopter activity. The city calls them dangerous and disruptive. This comes after a chopper crash in the Hudson River killed six people, including a family of five, in April. CBS News New York's Christine Sloan reports.
