Gunman in Dallas ICE facility shooting wrote message on ammunition, authorities say

The FBI says a shooting at an ICE facility in Texas was a targeted attack. Three detainees were shot, one of them killed. Authorities say the gunman, who took his own life, left a message on the ammunition. CBS News New York's Dick Brennan reports.
