Extensive work on Brooklyn pedestrian bridge set to begin after years of delays
Neighbors have been pushing the city to keep its promise and rebuild a pedestrian bridge across the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, connecting them to the waterfront. CBS News New York's Hannah Kliger reports.
