Death toll at 4 in Legionnaires' disease outbreak in Central Harlem
The New York City Department of Health says there are now 99 confirmed cases, and 17 people are hospitalized. The city has also revealed the locations of the contaminated buildings. CBS News New York's Alecia Reid reports.
