Connecticut lawmaker calls for airline passenger bill of rights
After weeks of travel headaches, some lawmakers want to give travelers a bill of rights when they fly. Thousands of canceled flights left many people stranded, especially Southwest customers. CBS2's Ali Bauman explains.
