Coney Island's Mermaid Parade returns after cancellation scare
Music, sunshine and glitter filled the streets of Coney Island on Saturday at the 44th Annual Mermaid Parade. For organizers, it was a triumph after they say this year's celebration came close to being canceled. CBS News New York's Elle McLogan reports.
