Chilly weather turns into a sunny, mild day for NYC
It's another chilly morning with temperatures in the 20s and 30s but it will be sunny and mild by the afternoon. Friday will be the pick of the week with warmer temperatures. CBS News New York Meteorologist Tony Sadiku has the forecast.
