Brooklyn teen helps craft intricate costumes for West Indian American Day Parade

Costumes for Monday's West Indian American Day Parade in Brooklyn are being constructed in a frenzy of feathers and beads. CBS News New York's Dave Carlin spoke to a talented teenager helping to make it happen.
