Brooklyn drivers ticketed despite Alternate Side Parking pilot program
Drivers in one Brooklyn neighborhood were relieved to learn they would only have to move their cars once a week for Alternate Side Parking under a new pilot program, but Tuesday, many were surprised to find tickets waiting for them on their windshields. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
