Asylum seekers dropped off in NJ before heading to NYC, Secaucus mayor says
Buses of asylum seekers from Texas headed to New York City were dropped off at New Jersey train stations over the weekend to apparently get around the city's new executive order requiring bus companies to give notice before arriving.
