9/11 ceremony held honoring nearly 300 victims from Staten Island
Gov. Kathy Hochul attended the ceremony. The names were read out loud at the Postcards Memorial Promenade on Bank Street in the Saint George section of the borough. CBS2's Jessica Moore reports.
