1 dead, 3 hurt in Bronx shooting; suspects fled on scooters, police say
One person was killed and three others were hurt by passengers firing shots from scooters in the Bronx on Tuesday. Police say they are aggressively trying to get illegal scooters off the streets. CBS New York's Alecia Reid reports.
