Lee Samuel, 25, was handcuffed and quiet as he walked out of the NYPD Special Victim's Unit in East Harlem Tuesday night, charged with sex abuse, committing a criminal sexual act, endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.
Lee Samuel, who has no known address, was charged with having sexual contact with two 7-year-old girls on separate occasions in the South Ozone Park section of Queens, District Attorney Richard Brown announced Tuesday night.
"We simply cannot let the streets of Queens or anywhere else become places where girls and young woman are unsafe," Quinn said.
The latest surveillance video shows the suspect walking away from one of the alleged incidents, police said.
