Commuters who ride buses from New Jersey into Manhattan are facing delays of up to 30 minutes getting to the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
Megabus has a permit to pick up passengers right underneath the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The Port Authority wants Megabus to pay the same fee as other carriers.
