NEW YORK -- Voters in New Jersey on Tuesday cast their ballots in both the Republican and Democratic primaries.
Democrats control the state Legislature, but Republicans are hoping to gain ground.
The polls closed in New Jersey at 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
