Vessel Temporarily Closes After Third Suicide Since Structure Opened
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Vessel, the centerpiece at Hudson Yards, is temporarily closed.
At least three people have died by suicide at the structure since it opened.
The most recent death happened Monday.
A spokesperson for the Related Companies, the developer of Hudson Yards, says they've added extra security.
That includes highly trained personnel who patrol Vessel and can identify potentially high-risk visitors.
