Police: Suspect Arrested For Taking Photos Of 8-Year-Old Boy In LI Restaurant Bathroom
NORTH BABYLON, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police have arrested a man who they say took photos of an 8-year-old boy inside a bathroom of a Suffolk County restaurant.
After receiving numerous Crime Stoppers tips, police said they arrested 28-year-old Luis Flores Junior at his home Thursday morning. He was charged with second degree unlawful surveillance and will be released on bail, police said.

Around 3:45 p.m. on May 17, police said a man leaned over a bathroom stall and took pictures with his cell phone of a boy inside Hibachi Grill on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon.
The suspect was seen on surveillance video inside the restaurant with a woman.
A $5,000 reward was being offered for information that led to an arrest in the case.
