Top 3 NYC Skinny Cocktails

Delicious cocktails and summer weather go hand-in-hand, but unfortunately, they can also add to your waistline at a time when you'd rather be rocking a slim beach bod. If you want to watch your figure without kissing your liquid lifestyle goodbye, put down the pina colada and pick up one of these low-calorie cocktails. Skinny Pink Lemonade at Ruby Tuesday's

1.5 oz. VeeV Açaí Spirit
.5 oz. agave nectar
.25 oz. pomegranate juice
Minute Maid Light Lemonade
2 lemon wedges
Lemon wheel garnish

Squeeze and drop 2 lemon wedges into an ice-filled shaker. Shake VeeV Açaí Spirit, agave nectar and pomegranate juice well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with Minute Maid Light Lemonade and garnish with lemon wheel.

The Haamonii Tart Recipe

3 oz. Haamonii Shochu
1/2 cup diced seedless tart fruit of choice (berries, plums, apples, etc.)
1/6 lemon
1 tsp. simple syrup
Cinnamon sugar

Muddle the lemon and fruit. Add simple syrup and Haamonii Shochu. Shake with ice and pour over a strainer into a cinnamon sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Asian Sangria Recipe

2 oz. TY KU Sake
Fresh seasonal fruits (Asian pear, grapes, berries. etc.)
Barspoon agave nectar

Add chopped fruit and agave nectar to a mixing glass. Add ice and TY KU Sake, and stir well with bar spoon. Pour into a cocktail glass. Multiply recipe by number of servings and add extra ice for a pitcher or punch bowl of sangria.
