Time Warner Names Paul Wachter To Board
NEW YORK (AP) -- Time Warner Inc. said Thursday that it named Paul Wachter to its board.
The appointment is effective immediately. Wachter, 54, is the founder and CEO of investment advisory company Main Street Advisors Inc.
The media giant said its board now has 13 members; 12 of them are independent.
