NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Every holiday season, people in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn pride themselves in decorating their homes with bright lights and larger-than-life ornaments.
But this year, residents might have been outdone by a single shining surprise -- a marriage proposal.
