Police: Man Exposed Himself, Performed Lewd Of Acts In Front Of Women On Subway Trains

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Thursday were asking for help from the public in finding a man who allegedly exposed himself and performed lewd acts on subway trains multiple times.

Kenneth Wiley, 33, is described as 6 feet tall and 195 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes, a tattoo of a picture and the words "Browns" on his hand and a tattoo of with the word "Brooklyn" on his arm, police said.

He is wanted in connection to the following incidents:

• On Monday, March 26 around 1 a.m., police said a 27-year-old woman was on the F Train when the man sat in front of her and asked when it was an express train. The man then began masturbating under his hooded sweat shirt before getting off at the 47th-50th Streets-Rockefeller Center station, police asid.

• On Friday, April 1 at 8:25 a.m., a 23-year-old woman was riding a northbound No. 1 Train in Lower Manhattan when she saw the man masturbating, police said. The man got off at the Rector Street station, police said.

• Also on Friday, April 29, around 5:35 p.m., a 40-year-old woman reported she was on the southbound E Train when a man sat down and masturbated in front of her, police said. The victim and the suspect got off at the Chambers Street-World Trade Center station and the man ran off, police said.

• Just five minutes later, around 5:40 p.m. April 29, a 23-year-old woman reported that a man came up to her on a southbound E Train in Lower Manhattan and asked her a question, police said. As the man got off the train at Canal Street, he exposed himself to the woman, who remained on the train, police said.

• Around 1 a.m. Saturday, April 30, a 30-year-old woman said she was on a southbound N Train when the man asked her a question. The victim responded and saw that the man was masturbating inside his hooded sweat shirt, police said. The man got off the train at the Cortlandt Street station, police said.
