1 fennel bulb, sliced thin
1 avocado, pitted and cubed
1 grapefruit, segmented
2 tbsp sliced almonds
5 mint leaves, torn.
Ingredients Dressing:
1 juicing orange, juiced
Pinch sea salt
2 tbsp fennel leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fennel leaves.
