Sources: Traffic Stopped At Holland Tunnel After Gunshots Fired During Road Road Incident
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Manhattan-bound traffic at the Holland Tunnel was stopped just before 3 p.m. Friday because of police activity.
Gunshots were fired during a road rage incident near the Home Depot on the New Jersey side, sources told CBS2. Shell casings were allegedly found.
Sources say a suspect is in custody.
No one was hurt.
The suspect was pulled over on the New York side of the tunnel with a woman and two children in the car.
Lanes were reportedly reopened after about 20 minutes, but delays persisted in both directions.
