Signal Problems Result In 30 Minute PATH Delays
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Port Authority says that service between Newark and Journal Square is experiencing 30-minute delays in each direction.
The delays are the result of a signal problem. The Port Authority has not said when service will return to normal.
