NY State Police: Woman Who 'Intentionally Rammed' Child With Shopping Cart Arrested
CORTLANDT, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A woman New York State police said "intentionally rammed" a hearing-impaired 10-year-old with a shopping cart has been arrested.
Erica Walker, 23, of Queens, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempted assault, police said.
The incident happened last Saturday night at a Walmart on East Main Street in Cortland Manor.
