Season 6 of 'Real Housewives of New York' will start filming soon. 'Housewives' cast member Heather Thomson is revealing a lot more about her family -- and the life and death struggle they faced when her son Jax needed a liver transplant.
As a board member of the Kellner Pediatric Liver Foundation, Heather works to reduce the incidence of pediatric liver disease by raising funds and awareness for the foundation.
