Police: Woman Shot In The Head At Staten Island Motel
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A woman is in critical condition after getting shot in the head at a motel on Staten Island.
Police say the victim was with her boyfriend when she answered a knock at the door at the Cosmopolitan Motel in Old Town around 3:30 a.m.
Police say a man at the door and her boyfriend got into an argument, then the man shot the woman from outside the motel before taking off in a black SUV.
Police say the woman's boyfriend is being uncooperative.
Cops are investigating whether the shooting was drug related.
