Students Team Up With Local Artists To Create Mural At Bronx Public School
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Some Bronx school kids teamed up with local artists Wednesday to brighten up their schoolyard.
Children with the "Summer Rising" program painted a mural at P17X.
City schools chancellor Meisha Ross Porter was there to take in the artistic creation.
Students in "Summer Rising" get access to art, music and theater.
