Off-Duty Cop Charged With Drunk Driving
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested Monday morning on a number of drunk driving charges, police announced.
Kelly Hughes, 24, was arrested around 9:30 a.m.
She has been charged with criminal mischief, DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and DWAI.
