NYPD: Man Steals $30,000 In Cash And Checks From Queens Café

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man they said stole tens of thousands of dollars from a Queens cafe last week.

The suspect broke into The Oasis Café on Northern Boulevard in Flushing just before 3:30 a.m. last Thursday, police said.

He allegedly went in through a back door and got into a looked room before running off with about $30,000 in cash and checks, police said.

Police have released three surveillance photos of the suspect.
