NY Boy, 16, Charged In Crash That Killed 13-Year-Old Passenger
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- A 16-year-old is under arrest, charged in a car crash that killed his 13-year-old passenger. It happened Sunday afternoon in Midwood.
Police say the teenage driver was apparently speeding when he lost control of the car. It then jumped the curb and hit a house.
The teen is charged with criminally negligent homicide and reckless driving.
He and another 16-year-old passenger were taken to Kings County Hospital for their injuries.
