Four Teens Arrested After Man Is Shot In The Hand In Newark
NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police chased a shooting suspect in Newark on Monday afternoon.
It happened, after cops said a man was shot in the hand, at around 5 p.m.
Four suspects fled police in their car, but three were arrested after striking another vehicle.
The fourth suspect was chased into a vacant lot and arrested.
Two of the suspects have been identified as 18-year-olds Marcus Baskerville and Quaseam Clyburn.
The other suspects are both 17.
