CBS2 12/29 Tuesday Morning Weather Headlines

I hope you all watched CBS2's News last night so you are prepared for the wet weather that awaits you as you head out the door today.

If you live north of I-287, please prepare for a slow start to the day. If you live north of New York City, you will have more rain mixing in, but it will still be a slow go.

Ice accretion could total up to .2 inches, which is more that enough to cause problems on the road. Rain will be the real story by the mid morning. Temperatures will rise overnight and strong bouts of rain will drop a good deal of moisture -- 1-1.5 to maybe 2 inches in some spots.
