12/5 CBS2 Saturday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good Saturday afternoon! It's a true December delight out there this weekend, with plenty of sunshine and above normal temperatures. We started off cold this morning -- and that will be the case tomorrow as well, but the afternoons will be gorgeous! Temps reach the low 50s today and mid 50s tomorrow as high pressure remains in control.

Monday starts off nice again as we climb into the low 50s. Expect some late day clouds to filter in as we watch a system develop offshore. It looks like the bulk of the rain will stay off the coast, with possibly some showers moving through overnight and into Tuesday. A track a little further west would push some steady rain into the area. Either way, expect lots of clouds and temps in the upper 40s, which is right where we should be.
