Nets Kris Humphries Has Sprained Left Shoulder
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Nets power forward Kris Humphries is day to day with a sprained left shoulder.
The Nets announced that an MRI performed Tuesday revealed the sprain. He is going to accompany the team to Boston for a game against the Celtics on Wednesday.
The Nets have not said how Humphries was hurt, but he took a fall in a game against Cleveland on Sunday, and did not play Monday against Indiana. He is averaging 12.4 points and 10 rebounds on a short-handed team that is already 1-5.
