Nanuet School Evacuated Over Bomb Threat
NANUET, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - Police have reported a bomb threat prompted an evacuation of a Rockland County high school Tuesday morning.
Officials say students at Nanuet High School will be directed to the Middle School.
The school had been evacuated and police will be conducting a thorough search of the building to ensure the school is safe.
Police have not said how the bomb threat was reported.
Nanuet is a hamlet about 35 miles north of New York City.
