MTA reports highest LIRR ridership since pandemic
NEW YORK -- The MTA is reporting record-breaking ridership along the Long Island Rail Road.
Tuesday, more than 227,000 people took the LIRR, the most since the pandemic.
Metro-North also set a record for the most Yankee fans riding to home games. On Saturday, they took more than 5,000 fans.
