NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A caller from Hartford, Connecticut, asked WFAN's Mike Francesa on Monday why it was so hard for him to score a ticket to UConn's first-round NCAA Tournament game against Colorado, only to see on TV that there were a bunch of empty seats at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.
