Metropolitan Opera To Commemorate 9/11 Anniversary With Special Performance
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Metropolitan Opera will commemorate the 20th anniversary of 9/11 with a special performance.
The opera will perform Verdi's "Requiem."
It will be the first live performance for the opera since March 2020.
It will also be live-streamed and shown outside the famed Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center.
